Certain items are not included in the Material List. This being due to either the extensive variety in these items, it being impractical, or New England Country Homes being unable to obtain them at a saving to you.
These include:
- Specialist Reports (Geotech Engineering of Effluent Disposal System, Flora, Fauna, Flood Studies, Landscaping etc.)
- Concreting (slab and/or footings)
- Bricks, ties, lintels etc.
- Plasterboard, accessories and fixings (i.e. furring channel where applicable)
- Plumbing and electrical items
- PC items including kitchen, bathroom fittings, flyscreens, wall & floor tiles
